In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumers' Rights," a buyer can return goods to the store within 14 days from the date of purchase and with a receipt in 2 cases:
1. The goods have a defect (Article 8).The goods have a defect, the goods have been used and one of the following factors is present:
The manufacturer cannot eliminate the defect at all.The manufacturer cannot eliminate the defect within 14 days.After repair, the goods become significantly different or cease to perform any functions.
2. The goods are not suitable / Change of mind (Article 9).
The goods have not been used, i.e., are new and no more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase, not counting the day of purchase.The marketable condition of the goods, their consumer properties are preserved, all accessories, components, and documentation included in the package are preserved, and their packaging, seals, and labels are intact.
